Key collection was a breeze and the self-check accommodation made our late arrival stress-free. The property exceeded our expectations with its spacious living area and lovely decking for relaxing evenings. It had everything we needed for a phenomenal Cornish holiday. The location was perfect for exploring the county, with easy access to supermarkets and the A30. We slept soundly in the quiet rural setting and appreciated the owners' availability while respecting our privacy. The presence of friendly cats and hedgehogs added to the charm. We loved the peacefulness, stargazing, and overall paradise-like feel. Plus, the nearby pub, outdoor furniture, and BBQ made for unforgettable evenings. The fans and heaters ensured a comfortable night's sleep, and the provided tea and milk were much appreciated. All in all, this place goes beyond expectations and deserves a perfect score. We can't wait to return this year!

During our Easter stay, we were impressed with the spaciousness of the accommodation, especially the large ground-floor living area. the property exceeded our expectations in terms of size. We also enjoyed the nice decking area and barbecue, which provided a great spot for relaxing in the late afternoon or evening. Another advantage was the ease of key collection, as it was a self-check accommodation. This was especially convenient for us, as we arrived late at night and had no issues accessing our room.
Despite the overall positive experience, there were a couple of drawbacks. there was a damp smell in the utility part of the kitchen area, possibly due to a historical leak.

Key collection was a breeze, even late at night. The property surprised us with its spaciousness, especially the ground-floor living area. The outdoor decking and barbecue provided a perfect spot for evening relaxation. The house was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and had all the necessary amenities. The host was extremely accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed. The location was ideal for exploring Cornwall, with a tranquil and remote feel, perfect for stargazing. We loved the fresh bed linen and comfy beds. Supermarkets nearby, easy access to the A30, and a peaceful rural setting ensured a great night's sleep. The owners were nearby but respected our privacy. Two washing machines meant no laundry hassle. Cats and hedgehogs added to the charm. We can't wait to return!

The value for money at this place was great and the room was spacious, clean, and had all the comforts of home. The location was peaceful and perfect for exploring Cornwall, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. I'll definitely be returning!
The only thing that could make the breakfast option better is if they offered a wider variety of choices.
